Toffee & Chocolate Yoghurt
The Vegetarian Option was a Chive Pancake filled with Mushrooms, Spinach & Ricotta Cheese served with the Roast Po toes & Carrots.
Bread & Fresh Fruit was available as well.
Now that's what I call 'lunch'.

great blog and excellent food - always good to see vegetarian options. i came across this via the "never seconds" blog where the food looks terrible. i feel sorry for those kids

ReplyDeleteAre you a qualified chef? I doubt they could afford to employ chefs at state schools. Should this be an excuse for the poor quality meals though? Very interested in this subject and fascinated to see what can be done in catering on a mass scale for such a low per head budget!
